Money for
software that never
stops working.
Authorize once. Meter forever. Settle once. Deposit USDC once and set a ceiling. Your agent pays per call, off-chain, and one transaction on Solana settles it all.
Example: Acme Labs deposits $100 into a channel for its research agent and sets a $40 ceiling. The agent pays three APIs per call with signed vouchers, off-chain, and has metered 9,796 calls. A call that would take it over the ceiling is refused. One settlement pays each API what the agent signed and returns $60.01 to Acme Labs.

Authorize once,
settle once
Between the deposit and the receipt, nothing touches the chain. The agent signs a running total, and the ceiling holds it.
Example: $27.36 of a $40.00 ceiling, $12.64 left. Nothing settles until the end.

Deposit once
Put USDC in a channel. Name one agent key, a ceiling, up to eight payees and an expiry.
- 02
Meter off-chain
Every call is a new running total, signed by the agent’s key. No transaction, no fee, no pop-up.
- 03
Settle once
One transaction pays each payee what the agent signed and returns the rest to you.

Agents pay
per callAn API answers 402 Payment Required with its price. The agent’s SDK retries with a signed voucher, and the API checks it on its own server and serves. No transaction, no fee, no wallet pop-up.
Ceiling
A ceiling the
program enforcesThe ceiling is never more than the deposit, so every metered dollar exists. It can only be raised. A charge over it is refused at the call, and a state over it is refused at settlement.
Payees
Only approved
payeesYou name up to eight wallets when you open the channel. The agent cannot sign a charge to anyone else, and settlement pays nobody else.
Receipts
Measured,
not claimedEvery amount on the receipt is read from token balance changes, never copied from an argument. It also records how many calls were metered and the head of their hash chain.

Authorize once. Meter forever.
Settle once, on Solana.
The metering layer
Read the security modelAn agent that calls an API ten thousand times a day cannot sign ten thousand transactions. Dinara lets an owner authorize it once, meters every call off-chain against a ceiling the program enforces, and puts one settlement on Solana.
Funded before it is spent
The ceiling can never pass the deposit, and a state over the ceiling is refused.
Paid without asking us
A payee checks each voucher with the SDK on its own server. It needs nothing from Dinara at request time.
Nobody is stuck
After expiry anyone holding a signed state can propose a settlement, and a newer state always wins. An hour later, the owner can reclaim what is left.

FAQ
Got more questions?
See the demo01What is Dinara?
A USDC payment channel for AI agents on Solana. An owner deposits once and sets a ceiling. The agent pays APIs per call with signed vouchers, off-chain, and one transaction settles everything at the end.
02Can I use real money?
No. Dinara runs on Solana devnet with a test dollar: a devnet token with six decimals, like USDC, that the app’s faucet hands out. It has no value. Never send real funds to an address you see here.
03Can an agent spend without limits?
No. The agent can commit at most the ceiling, and the ceiling is never more than the deposit. It can pay only the channel’s payees, only until the channel expires, and a state signed by any other key is refused.
04What if the agent stops responding?
Nobody is stuck. After expiry, anyone holding a state the agent signed can propose a settlement, so a payee can propose its newest voucher. A proposal stays open for ten minutes, and a newer state always replaces an older one. If nobody settles within an hour of expiry, the owner reclaims everything.
05Do payees have to trust Dinara?
No. A payee checks each voucher with the SDK on its own server: the agent’s signature, the channel, the payee list, the ceiling, the expiry, the price, and whether it trusts the channel’s operator. Settlement pays exactly what the agent signed, and nobody can end a channel with a stale state: a newer one replaces it within the dispute window.
06Is Dinara audited?
No. The program has tests for every rule that moves money, and it runs on devnet, but nobody outside the project has reviewed it. The security page sets out the trust model and the known limitations.
