See it work
Every call paid.
Two transactions.
Open a channel, let an agent pay three APIs per call, then settle it all at once. Here is the order to look at it in, whether or not you connect a wallet.
The walkthrough
Seven steps, in order.
Each one takes under a minute. The prices below are the demo APIs’ real prices.
Connect a Solana wallet
Phantom, Solflare, Backpack or any other Solana wallet, set to devnet. There is no account to create and no email to give.
What it showsThe owner is a wallet, and the wallet signs every transaction that moves its money.
Get test dollars from the faucet
In Settings, the faucet sends test dollars to your wallet, with a little devnet SOL for transaction fees.
What it showsEverything after this runs on a real chain, with a token that behaves like USDC.
LimitsDevnet only. The test dollar has six decimals like USDC and no value, and the faucet serves each wallet once every ten minutes.
Open a channel
Choose a deposit, a ceiling no higher than it, the payees the agent may pay and an expiry. One transaction moves the deposit into the channel’s vault.
What it showsAuthorization happens once, up front, and the ceiling is funded before anything is spent.
Run the demo agent
The agent runs in your browser with the channel’s agent key. It calls three paid APIs: Acme Inference at $0.0025 per 1k tokens, Northwind Search at $0.012 per query, and Relay Transcription at $0.0008 per 10 seconds. Each answers 402 with its price, and each call is paid with a signed voucher.
What it showsAn agent can pay per call with no transaction, no fee and no wallet pop-up.
LimitsThe three APIs are endpoints in this app with canned answers. The prices, the vouchers and the checks are real.
Watch the meter count up
Every call adds a line: which API, what it cost, and the running total against the ceiling. Nothing has touched the chain yet.
What it showsMetering is off-chain and live, and a charge that would pass the ceiling is refused before it is signed.
Settle once
One transaction carries the agent’s newest signed state. The program pays each API exactly what the agent signed, returns the rest of the deposit to you, and closes the vault.
What it showsAny number of metered calls costs two transactions: the one that opened the channel and this one.
LimitsOnly the channel’s operator settles at once, and only when the owner or agent asks. Anyone else proposes, and the proposal stays open to a newer signed state for ten minutes before it pays out.
Read the receipt on the explorer
The receipt is an account on Solana. Open it on the explorer to see what each API was paid, what came back to you, how many calls were metered and the head of their hash chain.
What it showsEvery figure on the receipt was measured from token balances, not copied from what anyone claimed.
